Bob started his insurance career in 1972 when he joined The Elizabeth Agency, Inc. in Elizabeth NJ as the Controller of the corporation. He received his BBA in accounting and is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey. During his years at the Elizabeth Agency, Bob was responsible for the mergers and acquisitions of the Company, acquired ownership and became the President in 1989. During his tenure the Agency grew from two million dollars in commission income to five million dollars before merging with Ulrich Voorhees Warner Associates in 1995. After the merger, the new entity, UVW/Elizabeth Group continued to thrive. Bob became the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer, primarily involved in mergers, and financial management of the Entity. During his tenure the Agency grew to twelve million dollars in commissions before merging with The NIA Group, LLC. During his employment at NIA, Bob was the General Counsel of all 16 offices, responsible for all legal work, including mergers, acquisitions, employment-related activities and handling of errors and omissions matters.
Bob is an active salesperson in the organization and has a customer base that has been with him for many years. He served as President of several producer advisory counsels, lectured to several professional groups and has been a Certified Insurance Counselor for the past fifteen years. Bob is married and resides in Monmouth County.
